Treatment options for choroid plexus neoplasms may involve surgical removal of the tumor, followed by radiation therapy or chemotherapy to eliminate any remaining cancer cells. The prognosis for individuals with choroid plexus neoplasms depends on various factors, including the tumor grade, extent of spread, and response to treatment.
